New Integration with AutoCAD Revit

October 13, 2008

ConstructionSuite 2009 Premier, Catalyst, and higher versions now benefit from advanced AutoCAD and Revit integration capabilities allowing users to automatically create estimates directly from AutoCAD Revit.

AutoCAD Revit is the industry-standard for 3-D modeling in the commercial and multi-family construction industries, providing advanced design and 3-D virtualization functionality to Architects and Engineers worldwide. With ConstructionSuite's new integration, users can now work seamlessly with AutoCAD Revit and produce materials takeoffs that can be seamlessly imported into ConstructionSuite creating a detailed estimate structure in UDA Estimating.

"Integration with AutoCAD Revit provides ConstructionSuite users with unmatched flexibilty to turn takeoffs into estimates in minutes, and takes another significant step in completing the connection between the design, estimating, and project management phases of construction. These new features are a direct result of the outstanding team at UDA that has worked to bring ConstructionSuite 2009 and new ConstructionSuite CM 2009 to market these past few weeks, benefiting thousands of clients needing better solutions to help their businesses grow," said Michael Stevens, President of UDA Technologies.

AutoCAD Revit Integration is available in Premier, Corporate, Network, Catalyst, Developer, and Enterprise versions of ConstructionSuite and ConstructionSuite CM 2009.
