New for ConstructionOnline™ 2023: Enhanced Customizations for Purchase Orders

AUBURN, ALABAMA – UDA ConstructionOnline™ recently released new formatting, styling, and usability enhancements for Purchase Orders generated from ConstructionOnline Financial Reporting. This latest round of improvements increases the number of options available within the Purchase Order Report Wizard, as well as its overall ease of use.

When generating a Purchase Order from ConstructionOnline, users now have two options:

Create Purchase Order from Estimate: populates the Purchase Order with Estimate Items
Create Purchase Order from Scratch: allows the user to add Line Items manually or insert from Costbooks without referring to an Estimate

To increase the usability and speed of the Purchase Order Report Wizard, a brand-new dynamic table is available for selecting Items to include on the Purchase Order. Users may now also modify the Quantity, Unit Cost, and Total cells directly within the table, and can view the Purchase Order’s running total in the top right hand corner. New search capabilities and default text block options have also been added to enhance the Purchase Order Report Wizard.

Additional improvements consist of new Document Density options, where users can choose how compressed their data appears in the report. These options include:

Default: Standard Row Density
Comfortable: Row Density is increased
Compressed: Row Density is increased further
