UDA Technologies Breaks Ground for New Auburn Headquarters

October 27, 2003

Making room for more success, UDA Technologies broke ground today for new company headquarters in Auburn, Ala. The new corporate facilities will triple the size of the company's current location and provide sophisticated training and testing facilities for UDA clients, staff, and partners.

The expansion comes with a wave of phenomenal growth for UDA Technologies, the leading provider of integrated construction software for small businesses. Jennifer Rath, CFO, says, "With annual growth of over 45% for the past five years, we're now eager for additional space and resources to help us better satisfy the needs of our customers."

Designed and managed by resident UDA architects, plans for the state-of-the-art office include on-site training centers, elevated conference rooms, clustered team work spaces, and large ergonomic work stations. The open, sleek design promotes communication and cohesiveness among departments and more tools to pursue the shared goal for better software and service for the construction industry.

The new headquarters for UDA Technologies is located in the new Ogletree Village development in northwest Auburn. The mixed-use center includes local restaurants, retail, a health club, outdoor amphitheater, and commercial spaces. Lush landscape, historic trees, and ample sidewalks connect the village.

"From this new space, we look forward to even greater innovation and service to the construction industry," says Rath.
